Including reported maintenance requirements issued by the tenant, dispatching the handyman/ service technician(s) providing myself with a detailed service issues and completed work order Michelle has always informed me in all aspects work orders that has been completed by annual inspection and required repairs/ replacement of internal/ external equipment and all parts of accessories.
